Makita have launched their new 10.8v CXT  'Slide' range, including this brilliant 2 piece set: 10.8V 2-piece Combi Drill and Impact Kit with 2.0Ah batteries. This drill comprises of a 2-speed combi drill and impact driver. Supplied in a type 1 MAKPAC stacking case with two slide-on 2.0Ah Li-Ion batteries and a DC10WC charger.

The Combi Drill has a powerful motor producing higher speeds and maximum tightening torque. It has a 2-speed mechanical gearbox coupled with a variable speed trigger to give a good range of speeds for drilling or driving screws. The masonry drilling capability makes this a good all-rounder. The Impact Driver can produce a very high torque of 110Nm. It features a powerful motor, 1/4" hex fitting and M5-M12 bolt capacity.

Both tools have a variable speed trigger, electronic brake and built-in work light. They have an in-built battery protection circuit, designed to protect the battery from damages due to over discharge, high temperature or overload current.

The 10.8V slide-on Li-Ion batteries provide a substantial weight saving. They also provide high energy capacity and accept more repeat charges giving a real "long-life" service battery and tool protection.

The Makita was developed by adding hammer mechanism to a previous model drill driver. So this is a reliable machine which has evolved over the years as is the Impact Driver which is so compact and easy to use. The rubberised handle has been designed for best grip and maximum thrust to the bit. This drill features a single LED job light with pre-glow and after-glow functions handy for working in dark conditions.

Can I still order if my item is not in stock?
If there are any issues with the goods you order, for example: If you have ordered more of a product than we have in stock, we will contact you within one working day to discuss the options. We may deliver the order in two parts as appropriate to your requirements.
When does my order get processed?
A working day is defined as Monday - Friday. Please note that weekends, bank and public holidays are excluded.
Orders placed after 1.30 pm are likely to be processed the next working day - delivery will therefore be two working days after the order is placed in this instance. For example, an order placed after 1.30pm on a Friday will be available on the following Tuesday.
Can my order be sent to a different address?
If you would rather your order be delivered to an address which is different from your billing address, please indicate this during checkout.
What happens if my address is incorrect?
If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the delivery depot. Please check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. If you suspect this has happened, please call our team on 0800 197 7170 and we will resolve the problem for you.
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as we require signatures upon delivery of the goods.
What if I’m not in for delivery?
If delivery is unsuccessful due to you being unavailable, we will leave a card and contact number for you to re-arrange delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer service team on 0800 197 7170. If your order has already been dispatched a refund cannot be issued until the good are returned to us. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items enclosed.
Damaged products during transit
We aim to fulfil all orders without any product damage. However, if superficial damage is sustained during transit, we are unable to refund or exchange on certain products. This includes goods such as paint which is tinned to protect the product in transit. Any dents, scratches or scuff marks where the seal remains closed with no leakage will mean that the product inside is intact, in good order and therefore, delivered as such.
